The Saturdays, Eric Prydz & new album chart entries

I’ve been sent this MP3 of the new single by The Saturdays. I quite like it – it’s called ‘Up’. A few more listens and I have a feeling I’ll like it even more. Don’t you just get the feeling that Universal are trying really hard to get a replacement Girls Aloud ready?
This weeks album chart is likely to see lots of high new entries with The Verve (dull), Slipknot (too loud), The Game (harsh) and Eva Cassidy (probably quite good). My favourite high new entry this week will be the Eric Prydz track Pjanoo. It’s one of those ones that you know, but you don’t know what it’s called. If you want to connect the two listen here:
I heard the new Sugababes single about 23 times this weekend as we had friends over and had Smash Hits Radio blaring in the background. The neighbours weren’t happy when we got the bongos out and sung along, but I had a great time. J
